pl365 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "pl365", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the pl365 online gaming platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://pl365.app.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the pl365 platform or accesses any of its services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on pl365.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products offered on the platform, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, volleyball, and other sports), live casino games, slots, fishing games, and any other gaming content made available by pl365.
• "Balance" means the current PKR amount held in a Player's pl365 account, including both real-money funds and any qualifying bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or match bonuses credited to a Player's account as part of a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process pl365 requires players to complete, primarily through submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary transaction currency on the pl365 platform.

To register and use the pl365 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pl365 strictly enforces minimum age requirements and uses CNIC-based verification to confirm age. Players who are found to be underage will have their accounts immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and any deposited funds returned.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by pl365 or any recognised gambling harm prevention scheme.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a pl365 employee, as such individuals are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be accessing pl365 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing pl365 is lawful in their jurisdiction.

To access pl365 Services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account use:

• You may hold only one (1) account on pl365. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a working Pakistani mobile number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• pl365 requires all players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documents typically include a valid CNIC, proof of address, and verification of the payment method used for deposits.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you have authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pl365 support immediately via live chat or email.
• pl365 reserves the right to decline a registration application or suspend an existing account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

All financial transactions on pl365 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (converted to PKR equivalent at the time of deposit). pl365 may add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your pl365 account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. pl365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan may take up to one business day.
• pl365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Such checks may temporarily delay processing but will be completed as quickly as possible.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only real-money balances that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

All betting and gaming activity on pl365 is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules published within each product section of the platform:

• Bets and wagers are final once confirmed. pl365 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• All odds displayed on the pl365 sports betting platform are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an obviously incorrect price, a technical fault, or a data feed error — pl365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account. pl365 will not honour winnings that are clearly the result of a manifest error.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time in response to match events. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.
• All casino games — including slots, live dealer games, Teen Patti, baccarat, and Andar Bahar — use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer feeds. Game outcomes cannot be manipulated by pl365 or any player.
• pl365 reserves the right to limit stake sizes on specific markets or for specific player accounts where it determines this to be necessary for risk management purposes. Such limits do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Players who are found to be engaging in arbitrage betting, match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated exploitation of pricing errors may have their accounts suspended and any winnings withheld pending investigation.

pl365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Pakistani players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address. pl365 uses technical and manual checks to enforce this restriction.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• pl365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotional offer at any time. Where a material change is made to an ongoing promotion, affected players will be notified via the platform or by email.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless the relevant promotion explicitly states that combination is permitted. In the event of conflict between two promotional offers, pl365's decision as to which terms apply will be final.
• pl365 reserves the right to decline or reclaim a bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of the promotional system, or in violation of these Terms.

pl365 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The following provisions form part of our responsible gaming obligations:

• All players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, cool-off periods (temporary account pauses), and self-exclusion (permanent or time-limited account closure).
• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, the player will be blocked from accessing the pl365 platform, receiving marketing communications, and creating new accounts.
• pl365 reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to an account proactively if our team identifies behavioural patterns that suggest a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.
• Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the self-exclusion by creating new accounts. Any such attempt constitutes a breach of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pl365 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting any underage person to access the platform.
• Opening or operating more than one account on pl365.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML detection, or using pl365 for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform software. Any known bug must be reported to support immediately; failure to report and continued exploitation will be treated as fraud.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated with your payment provider in bad faith. pl365 will suspend accounts where chargebacks are raised without legitimate cause and will pursue recovery of funds through available legal channels.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pl365 support staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the pl365 platform — including but not limited to the pl365 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual content — is the exclusive property of pl365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pl365 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any pl365 content without express prior written permission.
• Game content (including slots, live casino feeds, and sports data) is licensed to pl365 by third-party providers. All third-party intellectual property rights are acknowledged and reserved by their respective owners.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to pl365 regarding the platform may be used by pl365 without obligation or compensation to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pl365 limits its liability as follows:

• pl365 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.
• pl365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
• In the event of a technical failure, system outage, or data feed error that affects the settlement of bets or games, pl365 will investigate and resolve the matter as promptly as practicable. pl365's liability in such cases is limited to returning the affected stake to the Player's account.
• pl365 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from unauthorised access to your account that results from your own negligence.
• Nothing in these Terms limits pl365's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either you or pl365 may terminate a player account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting pl365 support via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and your remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method.
• pl365-initiated closure: pl365 may suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, fail KYC verification, or if pl365 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Where an account is closed by pl365 for cause, any balance associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation. Real-money funds not connected to the breach will be returned after the investigation is concluded.
• pl365 reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. Prior to closure, the player will be notified by email. Any remaining balance will be held for a reasonable period and returned upon verified request.

Your privacy matters to pl365. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the pl365 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

• pl365 collects personal data — including your name, CNIC number, contact details, and transaction history — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, AML obligations, and service improvement.
• pl365 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies strictly as required for legitimate operational and compliance purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to pl365's legal retention obligations. Requests should be submitted to [email protected].
• By registering on pl365, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pl365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following process applies to material changes:

• Where a material change is made to these Terms, pl365 will notify registered players via email and/or a notice displayed within the platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where immediate implementation is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
• Your continued use of the pl365 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
• Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter your rights, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which pl365 operates.

• Informal resolution: pl365 encourages players to contact our support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. The majority of queries and complaints are resolved within 48 hours through our live chat or email support channels.
• Formal complaints: If an informal resolution is not achieved, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. pl365 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full response within 10 business days.
• Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following pl365's formal response, the dispute may be escalated to the applicable regulatory body or an independent dispute resolution service as specified by the governing regulatory framework.
• These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
